This request is made by the Department of Health Services under s.

, Stats., to solicit information and advice from businesses, associations representing businesses, local governmental units, and individuals who may be affected by the proposed rules for use in analyzing and determining the economic impact that the rules would have on businesses, individuals, public utility rate payers, local governmental units, and the state’s economy as a whole.
