NOTICE OF CORRECTION OF EMERGENCY RULE EXPIRATION DATE

Controlled Substances Board Rule EmR1626

The expiration date for this rule was incorrectly stated as February 26, 2017 in t he original publication of the rule in Register 730A , publ i s hed September 26, 2016. The correct expi ration date is September 7, 2017 .

This rule was adopted under s. 961.11 (4m) , which provides that "the scheduling of a controlled substance analog under this subsection expires one year after the adoption of the scheduling rule." The rule was adopted by the Controlled Substances Board on September 7, 2016.
