The Dentistry Examining Board is submitting the following notice :

Notice of Effective Date of 2013 Wisconsin Act 244 required under section 15 (1) of 2013 Wisconsin Act 244

Pursuant to Section 16 of 2013 Wisconsin Act 244 , 2013 Wisconsin Act 244 act takes effect on October 1, 2016, except that the treatment of sections 447.01 (10) and 447.02 (2) (f) , (g) , and (h) of the statutes and SECTION 15 (1) of that act took effect on the day after publication of the act, April 10, 2014.
