    Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
    Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
      On May 27, 2015, the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board (“G.A.B.”) submitted proposed rules to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 227.15 (1) .
      Analysis
      The proposed rules create Wis. Admin. Code GAB Ch. 10 , relating to the use of technical college system student identification cards for voting.
    R elated emergency rule s , EmR1515 , affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in these proposed rules and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect. EmR1515 was published in Register No. 713A3 on May 18, 2015.
      Statement of Scope
    The statement of scope for these rules , SS 038-15 , was approved by the Governor on April 3, 2015, published in Register No. 712A2 on April 13, 2015, and approved by the Government Accountability Board on April 29, 2015.
    Agency Procedure for Promulgation
      Pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 227.16 (2) , a public hearing is not required.
      The proposed rules are being promulgated at the direction of the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules under Wis. Stat. s. 227.26 (2) (b) .
