NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF RULES TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL CLEARINGHOUSE

GRANTS FOR MASTER EDUCATORS AND NATIONALLY BOARD CERTIFIED EDUCATORS

PI 37 , WISCONSIN ADMINISTRATIVE CODE

On March 20, 2015 , the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction submitte d a proposed rule revising ch. PI 37 to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 121-13 , was published in R egister No. 693 A on Octo ber 14, 2014 , and approved by State Superinten dent Tony Evers on October 1 4 , 2014. Pursuant to Coyne v. Walker , the Department of Public Instruction is not required to obtain the Governor’s appro val for the statement of scope f or this rule. Coyne v. Walker , No. 2013AP416, 2015 WL 686178 (Wis. Ct. App. Feb. 19, 2015).

The State Superintende nt of Public Instruction hereby proposes to create s. PI 37.02 (3m) and 37.03 (1) (a) 4. and (b) 4. , relating to grants for master educators and nationally board certified educators.

Public hearings will be scheduled as required u nde r s . 227.16 (1) , Stats.
