    Appendix D wi ll be adjusted based on the 2016 federal poverty gu idelines effective March 1, 2016 .
    The maximum birth cost judgment amount may not exceed the identified percentage of the father’s current monthly income availab le for child support multiplied by 36 months.
    Note: DCF 150.05 (2) (c ) provides:
    The department shall revise the schedule in Appendix D every year based on change s in the federal poverty guidelines . T he department shall publish revisions to the schedule in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.
