CR 14-045

On October 17, 2014, the Department of Public Instruction submitted proposed rules to the Chief Clerks of the Senate and Assembly for review by the Legislature under s. 227.19 , Stats. The rules create Chapter PI 80 , relating to community programs and services.

Per the Dane County Circuit Court order issued in Coyne, et al. v. Walker, et al., Case No. 11-CV-4573, the Department of Public Instruction is not required to obtain the Governor's approval of this proposed rule under s. 227.185 , Stats.
