On June 23, 2014, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule in final draft form to the chief clerk of the Senate and Assembly pursuant to s. 227.19 (2) , Stats. The proposed rule revises Chapters NR 157 , 219 , and 233 , related to analytical test methods and procedures for the analysis of wastewater and bio-solids.

This rule was approved by the Governor on June 16, 2014, pursuant to s. 227.185 , Stats.
