On March 24, 2014, the Government Accountability Board submitted a rule-making order to the presiding officer of each house of the Legislature. The proposed rule creates Chapter GAB 4 , relating to election observers.

This rule is not subject to s. 227.185 , Stats. The statement of scope for this rule was filed prior to the effective date of s. 227.185 , Stats., and published in Register 657 on September 30, 2010.
