    Pursuant to s. 227.19 , Stats., notice is hereby given that final draft rules are being submitted to the presiding officer of each house of the legislature. The rules being submitted are:
    Subject of Rules: Wisconsin's Endangered/Threatened Species List, amending s. NR 27.03 (2) and (3) .

    This date of the Governor's written approval under s. 227.185 , Stats., was July 3, 2013.
