NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 227.19 (2) , that the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is submitting a final draft of proposed rules, Clearinghouse Rule 12-042 to the presiding officer of each house of the Legislature for standing committee review. The proposed rule amends Chapter PSC 135 , relating to gas safety regarding the adoption of federal pipeline safety regulations. This rule is not subject to s. 227.185 , Stats.

The governor's office approved this rule on October 4, 2012 .
